There were no cameras when the Lord Jesus walked upon this earth, and no painting exists that we know of, of His likeness. The only way to worship Him is "In Spirit and in Truth". These statues of Jesus are reminders of events in His life, events that changed the world. These statues of Jesus are made from olive wood prunings from Holy Land olive trees that grow in the same soil that He walked upon. These lovely statues are hand carved by Christian wood crafters, not far from where He was born in Bethlehem. There is nothing mystical or magical about these statues of Jesus but they will give you a connection to the Land where He lived, died for our sins and rose from the dead.
