These carved wall Crucifixes are not made in large foreign factories with no thought of what is being made. Each of our carved olive wood Catholic Crucifixes are hand carved by and under the direction of one of the finest Catholic Crucifix artisans of all time, our dear friend Jeries Facouseh. Our hand carved wall Crucifixes each carry a unique tough of elegance that can only be applied when the artist is doing the work himself, a work of art that can not be applied by a machine. These Crucifixes are carved in Jeries' Manger Street Bethlehem Olivart carving shop, about a 10 minute walk from the site where the Lord Jesus was born.

Most hand carved Crucifixes and other wooden carvings from the Holy Land do not carry any paperwork of authenticity or anything other than an ink stamp on the back of the carving. We here at Holy Land Treasures feel like we have done more than has ever been done to authenticate that our carved olive wood Crucifixes are made in the Holy Land by including a made in the Holy Land certificate of authenticity with each beautiful carved Crucifix that we sell.
